In order to get the maximum services at favorable conditions, the Sunrise Beach Sports Academy created a Club Card. Its owners will be able to receive a number of benefits, including price benefits. Club Card Service Terms and Conditions
1. Club Card (hereinafter – "Card") is a document that grants the right to receive Complex services under the conditions provided for by these Rules and the type of Card.
2. The Card is valid only with an identity document (passport, driver's license, military ID, etc.).
3. The Card grants the right to receive Complex services only to its owner. Transfer of the Card to third parties is prohibited.
4. The Card is not subject to return or exchange. Funds paid for the Card are not refunded.
5. In case of loss or damage of the Card, the Client is obliged to immediately notify the Complex Administration. Card restoration is carried out on the basis of a written application by the Client and for an additional fee.
6. The Card can be purchased as a gift for a third party. In this case, during the Card activation, the administrator records the data of its owner.
7. The Card validity period begins from the day of its purchase and activation and lasts 3/6/12 months, depending on the paid period and filling. Card activation occurs at the moment of the first visit to the Complex but no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. If the Client has not activated the Card within 30 days from the date of purchase, the Card is activated automatically on the 30th day from the day of purchase of the Card.
8. The cost of minimum savings for the Client is calculated on the basis of average use of declared services (training and games on courts 2 times per week) among current Clients, but does not include the discount on cafe services and tournament participation. With all included services, the Client's savings may be greater.
9. Terms of termination ("Card Freeze") of services: 9.1. Suspension of services is possible on a voluntary basis, only if the Card freeze is provided for by the Card type. 9.2. Card freeze is issued on the basis of an application by the Complex Client (the Client indicates the card number, full name and period for which they want to use the freeze service). After the freeze period expires, the Card validity automatically continues. 9.3. Card freeze cannot be issued "retroactively". 9.4. The minimum Card freeze period is 1 day. The total number of Card freeze days is determined by the Card type and its validity period.
10. The Client has the right to increase the Card validity period and/or category by making an additional payment for a Card with a longer validity period or a higher category.
