Usually, while children play in the playroom, parents can only watch or chat with other adults at a separate table in the cafe. At Sunrise Beach Sports Academy, there is a unique opportunity to spend time with family, train, play and compete at the same time. Academy coaches have developed a unique program for families with children, which is a set of activities with elements of beach sports games, animation and general physical training.
In addition to having a good time, the goal of training can be competition with another family at an amateur tournament. During the program, the coach adapts tasks for each participant so that the load is adequate and balanced.

Why Sand?
Sand is a unique surface in terms of physical properties, suitable both for rehabilitation and for the formation of proper muscle structure and motor skills.
Also, sand allows to reduce the impact load on the musculoskeletal system and at the same time develops coordination. For children, sand is useful as a prevention of flat feet.
In addition, this surface makes activities as safe and non-traumatic as possible.

Age of Participants
The age at which the Family Sports program is useful and interesting has the widest range: the proposed tasks are adapted for children from six years old.
Number of Participants
The Family Sports program is designed for 4 to 10 participants on one court.
Cost
500 UAH/hour per participant.
